In March 2024, the Upward BAO Leaders Institute conducted a Local Government Development Workshop at St Hilda's College, University of Oxford.

Similarly, in May, 2024, we organised a 4-Day Training and Tour including Leadership Seminars at St Anne's College, University of Oxford, England. From 27-30 October, 2024, the company hosted 20 leaders including the Head of Service, Commissioner for Cooperative, Trade and Industry, Permanent Secretaries and Directors from Oyo state as well as honourable Councillors from Lagos State at our Executive Leadership and Management Programme (ELMP Course 5) which held at the Ashmolean Museum of Art and Archaeology, University of Oxford in England.

In November, 2024, the Company cum the Institute mounted a 4-Module training and tour for 15 senior management and technical leaders including a Director and two Special Advisers to the Executive Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) at the St. Hilda's College, University of Oxford and the Oxford Centre for Innovation, both in Oxfordshire.
