In the UK, since 2022, Upward BAO Consulting has been incorporated, registered and certified by the Companies House (an executive agency of the UK Department of Business and Trade), the Information Commissioner’s Office, United Kingdom Register of Learning Providers (UKPRN: 10095454) and the CPD Group (#787580). We offer top notch intellectual and experiential educational, leadership and management services in the UK and internationally. Specifically, we have been popularly known for cutting-edge leadership training and capacity building programmes especially in the city of Oxford. For instance, in June, 2023, the company trained about 20 leaders across multiple sectors at St Antony’s College, University of Oxford.

Participants included the Head of Service of Ondo State, former Speaker of Oyo State House of Assembly, and the Vice President of the Nigerian Baptist Convention. Similarly, in October, 2023, the company trained another set of 20 leaders in politics, development and corporate strategies. The highlight of the October programme at Linacre College was the interactive-experiential session delegates had with His Excellency, the High Commissioner of Nigeria to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Ambassador Sarafa Tunji Isola.

In March, 2024, the Institute mounted a Local Government Development Workshop at St Hilda's College, University of Oxford. Similarly, in May, 2024, we organised a 4-Day Training and Tour including Leadership Seminars at St Anne's College, University of Oxford, England. From 27-30 October, 2024, the company hosted 20 leaders including the Head of Service, Commissioner for Cooperative, Trade and Industry, Permanent Secretaries and Directors from Oyo state as well as honourable Councillors from Lagos State at our Executive Leadership and Management Programme (ELMP Course 5) which held at the Ashmolean Museum of Art and Archaeology, University of Oxford in England. Similarly, in November, 2024, the Company cum the Institute mounted a 4-Module training and tour for 15 senior management and technical leaders including a Director and two Special Advisers to the Executive Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) at the St. Hilda's College, University of Oxford and the Oxford Centre for Innovation, both in Oxfordshire.

Our company uses multidisciplinary methods to improve the skills of leaders and widen their strategic orientation in London and Oxford.

In August, 2025, we hosted a cohort of UK-based scholars and Nigerian leaders at the Oxford Innovation Centre, Blue Boar Court, Oxfordshire. The climax of the Executive Leadership Roundtable was the knowledge-sharing interactive session led by The Lord Mayor of Oxford, Councillor Louise Upton, PhD, a Neuroscientist and an inspiring Public Leader.
