From 19-22 January 2025, the company engaged Dr. Tunde Oseni (UK) and Dr. Mercy DeSouza (University of Professional Studies, Accra, Ghana) to conduct training for a group of senior public servants at the Airport West Hotel, Accra.

Based on strategic VUCA Leadership dynamics and organisational theories, the duo used practical approaches to lead sessions in intellectually engaging seminars.

The experiential aspect involved study visits to the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park and Museum, W. E. B. Du Bois Memorial Centre for Pan-African Culture and Aburi Botanic Gardens, among others.
